Karachi and its best places

Cover1I was talking with my friend who visited Pakistan last year. He came to get information about Health insurance coverage Florida and after giving him information I asked him about Karachi, Pakistan. He said that Karachi is one of the Pakistan’s best-known city. It is a capital of Sindh province. People of Karachi mostly speak Sindhi, Urdu. Other languages are also in practice like English and Pashto. Karachi is the industrial, educational, and financial hub of Pakistan. It has two main seaports, one is Qasim port other is Karachi port. These two ports are the backbone of businessmen who run import export business.

 This city has great places to visit like Mohatta Palace, Clifton beach Karachi, Karachi safari park, National Museum of Pakistan, Masjid e tooba, Empress market, Mazar e Quaid, Wazir mansion, Port Grand, Frere hall, PAF Museum Karachi, Pakistan Maritime Museum, Churna Island etc.

Mazar-e-Quaid:

Meza-e-Quaid (Mausoleum or Tomb) is located in Karachi. This is the tomb of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He was the founder of Pakistan. It is made up of white marble and copper grills. There are three graves in mausoleum one is of Quaid’s sister Fatima Ali Jinnah and other is of Liaquat Ali Khan, the first prime minister of Pakistan.

Clifton Beach:

This beach is located in Karachi. It was affected in 2003 by an oil spill.

Karachi Safari Park:

This park was opened in 1970. It is Public Park only for families. It is situated in gulshan-e- Iqbal. It has to natural lakes, zoo, and chairlifts as well.

Masjid-e-Tooba:

Tooba Mosque is also commonly called Gol Masjid. It was built in 1969. It is also said that it is a largest single tomb mosque of the world. The pure white marble is used in this mosque. It has a capacity of 5000 people. It is 18th world largest mosque with central hall. The design of mosque was proposed by Pakistani architect Dr. Baber hammed Chuhan and engineer was Zaheer Haider Naqvi. This is too beautiful.
